An accomplished business software engineer, Charutha Bandara studied full-stack web engineering and completed 500 hours of coursework at the Thinkful Full Stack Academy. Charutha Bandara has built a range of website applications and application programming interfaces as an engineer and consultant at Aegis Studio, which he co-founded in July 2020.

His work with Aegis includes designing a variety of e-commerce platforms and hybrid mobile applications for small businesses. Prior to co-founding Aegis, he performed full-stack development as a lead software engineer with 3D Room Space in Santa Monica, California, and as a freelance application builder in Bloomington, Indiana. When he isn’t working or writing, Charutha Bandara enjoys hiking and tending to his aquariums. He sells a variety of aquarium supplies through the proprietary website Ceylon Aquatics. Mr. Bandara is also an avid world traveler and motorcycle enthusiast.
